Comprehensive Plan Update 2023

It has been six years since the adoption of the 2017 Albuquerque/Bernalillo County Comprehensive Plan and now it’s time to give the City’s Rank 1 Plan an update. This year’s Comprehensive Plan Update will focus on the city’s progress since its original adoption, as well as bringing in new policies and actions from plans and reports that have been approved and adopted since 2017.  Please visit the Comprehensive Plan website at: https://compplan.abq-zone.com/ for more information. Bernalillo County Treasurer Hosting “Your Money Matters” Outreach Events Through October and November

Bernalillo County Treasurer Nancy Bearce will visit several senior and mutigenerational centers during the “Your Money Matters” outreach tour in October and November and the public is invited!  Please bring a copy of your property tax bill and any questions you have about your property taxes. The changes in the City’s zoning code adopted by City Council have been incorporated into the Integrated Development Ordinance (IDO). The changes go into effect July 27, 2023

Staff will hold training sessions on the IDO, including new changes, in early Fall.
