On Monday, May 4th, the City of Albuquerque Solid Waste Management Department’s (SWMD) Spring green waste collection begins and will run through Friday, May 15th. SWMD will pick up residential green waste at no additional charge.

The HOA was recently informed of a planned development on the vacant lot located at the northeast corner of Golf Course and Benton Avenue; the southern half of the vacant lot at the corner of Westside and Golf Course. The Tierra West, LLC Engineer Company held a Neighborhood Meeting with the Executive Committee of the HOA on Tuesday 4/7/2020 to communicate with us the current site layout and plans for luxury/upscale apartments. Reminder – Keep your Landscaping Weed Free
Remember the Covid19 message from our Board sent on March 20th regarding landscape violations? “We are also suspending landscape violation warnings and fines until May. Corder and Company will continue monitoring the neighborhood during this time, but will not send letters. We would encourage you to get some fresh air and pick some weeds on the nice days, but we fully understand that there are more important things on most minds.”
