The League of Women Voters has a comprehensive website that offers many resources for voters this election year. There will be a general election on Tuesday, November 7, and residents are encouraged to learn as much as possible about candidates and issues that will be on voter ballots in several areas around New Mexico. The Annual Senior Holiday Donation Drive is now collecting donations of new items to share with older adults in need this holiday season. All donations will go to homebound seniors. Help spread holiday cheer with your generous donation of new and unused items. Items needed include:
It has been six years since the adoption of the 2017 Albuquerque/Bernalillo County Comprehensive Plan and now it’s time to give the City’s Rank 1 Plan an update. This year’s Comprehensive Plan Update will focus on the city’s progress since its original adoption, as well as bringing in new policies and actions from plans and reports that have been approved and adopted since 2017.
