New Mexico Community Survey Seeks Public Feedback

The 2023 New Mexico Community Survey (NMCS) is available online in both English and Spanish, and community members are encouraged to respond and share their opinions. The survey helps in developing prevention programs within the state and has been extended through Sunday, May 7. If you take the survey, you have to option to enter a raffle for $100 or a final drawing for $500. The NMCS is completely anonymous, voluntary, available to all New Mexico residents 18 years of age or older, and is conducted by the Health Equity Council on behalf of the NM Office of Substance Abuse Prevention (NM OSAP) and the Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation (PIRE). The findings from this survey are used to better understand substance use and misuse across New Mexico and to better target prevention programming.
