The public is invited to join the officers of the Northwest Area Command on Thursday, October 31 – Halloween! – for Coffee With a Cop at Krispy Kreme, 3709 Ellison NW, at 9:00 a.m. Free coffee and a glazed doughnut will be offered to each attendee.
